Over the past five years, we’ve cleaned millions of square feet in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding cities. We provide janitorial services, floor care, carpet cleaning, day porter services, emergency water removal and clean-up, and power washing, as well as any special clean-ups that may unexpectedly arise. Not just corporate offices, but classrooms, medical offices, single tenant facilities, surgery centers, ORs and clinics. | As the Owner of DFW Building Maintenance, LLC, Janis brings to her company and staff a passion for sincere service. Combining her property management expertise with her janitorial experience, Janis has over ten years of accumulated learning in related professions. She began her training with a national company, and then was sought after by a local entrepreneur for whom she worked for 6 years. Janis acquired DFW Building Maintenance, LLC, after years of building the right skills. Her early training proved invaluable to the eventual success of this respected woman-owned business. |

Dan joined DFW as the company progressed and expanded almost 3 years ago. He came highly recommended for his motivational management style, that is particularly effective in his work with our area managers and night supervisors. Dan has over thirteen years in customer relations which enables him serve our clients with unsurpassed expertise and follow-up.
